This site is the catalogue. The shelf itself lives at our retail partner, and every card here links to the matching live listing where the purchase happens.
Who takes the payment?
The retail partner does, inside their own checkout. We never see card numbers or order details on this side.
A price here differs from the listing. Which is right?
The live listing. We refresh catalogue prices when we rebuild the pages, but the partner shelf moves on its own schedule, so treat our number as a close guide and theirs as the answer.
Can I pick up gear at the Bozeman address?
No. The address is a mail stop for letters. There is no counter, no stock on hand, and no staff to hand anything over.
How do I know which liner fits which frame?
Our liners are cut for our own frames and for standard bucket rims. Each liner card lists the rim range it stretches over, and the frame cards name the liner that matches.
Do you cover warranty claims here?
Coverage runs through the partner listing the piece was bought from. If something fails early, use their flow first, then tell the camp desk so the design team hears about it.
