Who moves the box
The buttons on our cards open live listings. Checkout, packing, carriers, and delivery windows all live there. Whatever speed options your account has on that side apply to our gear the same as to anything else in your cart.
Tracking a delivery
Tracking numbers appear in the account that placed the order, in the same place its order updates always show. We never see shipment status on our side, so that account is the one source worth checking.
Before a trip
Give a delivery a few days of slack before a departure date. A folding frame that arrives the morning you leave helps nobody, and camp gear deserves one test open in the yard before it rides out.
