Who moves the box
The buttons on our cards open live listings at our retail partner. Checkout, packing, carriers, and delivery windows all live there. Whatever speed options your account has with the partner apply to our gear the same as to anything else in your cart.
Tracking a delivery
Tracking numbers come from the partner, in the same place their order updates always appear. We never see shipment status on our side, so the listing account is the one source worth checking.
Before a trip
Give a delivery a few days of slack before a departure date. A folding frame that arrives the morning you leave helps nobody, and camp gear deserves one test open in the yard before it rides out.
