Where a return starts
A return starts in the same account that placed the order. The return flow there issues the label and names the drop-off point, and its timelines are the ones that count.
What not to do
Please do not send gear to our Bozeman mail stop. It accepts letters only, and a parcel sent there cannot enter the return flow of the order, which usually means it travels twice for nothing.
If a piece is faulty
If a latch will not lock or a seam gives out, open the return on the listing first so the clock is protected, then tell us which piece and which batch. Faults that reach the camp desk change how the next production run is built.
