Where a return starts
A return starts on the partner side, in the same account that placed the order. Their return flow issues the label and names the drop-off point, and their timelines are the ones that count.
What not to do
Please do not send gear to our Bozeman mail stop. It accepts letters only, and a parcel sent there cannot enter the partner return flow, which usually means it travels twice for nothing.
If a piece is faulty
If a latch will not lock or a seam gives out, start the partner return first so the clock is protected, then tell us which piece and which batch. Faults that reach the camp desk change how the next production run is built.
